Wine making
70 % Cinsault, 30 % Grenache, steeping pelliculaire and fermentation low temperature (16°).
Tasting
Eye: tea pink color clear brilliant.
Nose: exotic, elegant and fresh fruits.
Mouth: ample, connotations of fruits pink, currant, raspberry with a touch of peach.
Agreement dish and wine
A fruity, joyful rosé, full of aromas of sun. Ideal on Mediterranean and friendly cookings.
To serve between 10 and 12 °.
Méthods of culture
On a ground argilo-alluvionnaire in plain and schisto-clayey in hillsides, we make a culture reasoned with ébourgeonnage, effruitage, green grape harvests in July and manual harvest in boxes there.
High-end technical material: cuverie in concrete and stainless steel thermoregulated, stainless tank Selector autopigeante equipped with a system of micro-oxygenation allowing to ally the tradition and the modernity.
