Wine making
25 % Cinsault, 60 % Grenache, 10% Tibouren and 5% Syrah , steeping pelliculaire and fermentation low temperature (16°).
Tasting
Eye: a racy clear wine, with a pink tea color.
Nose: exotic, fresh and elegant. .
Mouth: seductive, persistent, develop aromas of grapefruit pink, raspberry and vine peach.
Agreement dish and wine
A famous Rosé of gastronomy, wonderful at aperitif time. To be sampled at 10-12° accompanied with a bouillabaisse, bourride, grilled fish and meat… fabulous with fresh foie gras !
Méthods of culture
On a ground argilo-alluvionnaire in plain and schisto-clayey in hillsides, we make a culture reasoned with ébourgeonnage, effruitage, green grape harvests in July and manual harvest in boxes there.
High-end technical material: cuverie in concrete and stainless steel thermoregulated, stainless tank Selector autopigeante equipped with a system of micro-oxygenation allowing to ally the tradition and the modernity.
